Love the location , which is very convienence for us
Love the location , which is very convienence for us
there is eastern mall and few other
while klcc is less than 10minute driving distance even at 5pm peak hour
still get nice view from the unit we stay at Drapport
1.The hotel was next to monorail station, thus it was super easy for us to travel and explore the city.
2.The room was super clean, has great view of KLCC especially at night. The room gave us a relief feeling whenever we came back from long day outing
3.KLCC, Starbucks, convenient stores(7-11, MyNews, CU), Mc Donalds are walking distance between 10- 15 minutes
4.Concorde KL maybe one of the oldest hotel in the city but it certainly on the same par with other 4- 5 stars hotel.
5.Buffet breakfast was excellent!
The location and hospitality. Both perfect! Location is very convenient, under the Monorail station, big mall, and the KL sentral station—the biggest station/terminal and hub for all transportation modes in the city, be it the airport train, airport bus, all monorail/MRT/LRT. A 24-hour minimarkets located next door and a big mall right in front of the hotel, just cross the road.
The room is also super clean. The design is simple but very clean, cant find any spot. water heater and wifi work really well.
- Convenient location, 5min walk to the back of Fahrenheit (go out of the hotel, turn right and right again). There's an underpass to Pavilion from Fahrenheit.
- Helpful concierge team who assisted us with our massage appointment and advised us on the best route to airport.
- Great facilities, saw many Singaporeans were wondering around the hotel to check out the facilities.
- Away from the busy road of Bukit Bintang, hence there is a shortcut to the expressway to KLIA.
Yes the bedrooms will make for a decent instagram post, but by no measure is this a 5 star hotel.
The rooms look nice in the pictures but like that 49 year old guy who keeps sliding into your DMs (the one in a v-neck T-shirt, with oversized veneers and a suspiciously razor edged hairline that he acquired in Turkey, in the cold light of day they look old, cheaply finished and they’re starting to look very tired, the rooms that it.

My stay at the Swiss Garden Residence in Bukit Bintang was terrific! The lavish setting and welcome gave me a sense of home. The spectacular views and well-appointed, roomy accommodations made for an unforgettable stay.
Because of the hotel's excellent location, it was easy to visit neighboring attractions, including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Berjaya Times Square.
Good prices for those on a budget, because it's acceptably above average clean all around the corridors and rooms toilets as well. Transportation made even simpler ample amounts of choices at KL Sentral station. Food is also easy to get with several cuisines to choose from. You'd want to look into this hotel if seeking for one in the area.
unique blend of Japanese Asian cuisines more like buffet dinner at 5 star Hotels like Hilton Shangri La . heavy weight Breakfasts (free with Genius reviewer) .One can relax in live piano session in English colonial styled restaurant with Hainan chicken ,english afternoon high tea immersing in bygone era of of 1950s.
Location was perfect. Right beside monorail station and a short walk to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral which is the main interchange station for the rail system in KL. You can also take the express train to the airport at KL Sentral. There are lots of places to eat cheap food around the hotel.
Bed was comfortable. Local staff was very nice and professional. 15 min walk to bukit bintang area. However its a old budget hotel with small rooms. Very average condition overall (only main recieption area is renovated a bit nicely as shown in pics at booking.com)
Walking distance to malls n bukit bintang..but quite upset with the monorail bridge nearby..no elevator at the bridge to cross over..not accessible for elderly & small kids..they shd provide a lift/elevator
But overall the hotel is very good to stay..
The link bridge right in front of the hotel to Pavilion Shopping Mall makes it very accessible to Bukit Bintang centre streets. The breakfast hall is nicely laid out and has a good variety of food. A nice Hakka restaurant right opposite the hotel.
The staff (Mohammed) was very nice and quick to respond.
The location of the hotel was in Bukit Bintang area, which had alot of market + super market and they were cheaper than other area.
All services were good as expected.
Friendly n helpful staff especially front office, strategic location near eateries, shopping, room was superb where facilities inside the room like 5 star hotel, not like budget hotel. Now I become regular guest here
Great 5 🌟
Staff are very professional
I have extended my stay for more 9 nights despite the offers from other 5 star hotels . I hope they keep the good work
