Airport Transfer Information:

From Terminal 5 use bus 423, from Terminals 1, 2 & 3 use bus U3, (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in terminal 1, 2 & 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Centre, which is located opposite the hotel.

Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to availability.

Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4, hotel is one mile on the left.

From M4 exit Junction 5, follow signs for Hounslow & Central London. Hotel is 2 Miles on left hand side of the A4 / Bath Road.

From terminals 1,2,3, the hotel are just 5 minutes away. Driving out from terminals, follow signs for A4, after exiting the airport tunnel turn left and proceed up to the roundabout, take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath road. The hotel is situated 200 yards up the road on the right hand side of A4/Bath Road.

The hotel offers unlimited complementary internet access for guests (512Kbs) and there is a 2MB connection available at an additional charge.

All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorisation of GBP 30 per night. This amount will be held for accommodation and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

Credit card pre-authorisation: As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorise your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the card is invalid or the card authorisation declines, the hotel may cancel your booking after following Booking.com procedures to contact you.
